The terms that govern working with hApItech.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging hApItech for services or using our website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

hApItech provides website development, mobile app development, automation, and custom digital solutions, along with our own products such as hApItal.

Scope, timeline and payment terms for client work are agreed in writing before a project begins. Fees are due as set out in that agreement.

Upon full payment, clients receive full rights to use the delivered work for their business purposes, unless otherwise agreed.

The number of revision rounds included is agreed per project. Additional revisions beyond that scope may incur extra charges.

hApItech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
